1 General Terms

Cbajje (also known as "we", "us", or "the platform") provides online gaming and Sports Betting services for players in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between cbajje and you (the user).

Cbajje reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend checking this page regularly.

2 Account Registration

To create an account on cbajje, you must provide accurate and complete information. Registering with false details is strictly prohibited, and we reserve the right to close any such account at any time.

Each person may create only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, cbajje may suspend or close all such accounts and forfeit any associated balances.

• A valid, active mobile number is required at the time of registration.
• Keeping the account password confidential is the user's responsibility.
• Accounts cannot be transferred or sold to another person.
• Any suspicious activity must be reported to cbajje's support team immediately.
• Any changes to the information provided at registration must be reported to cbajje.

3 Age Verification

Cbajje may request age verification from any member at any time. You may be required to submit a copy of your National ID, passport, or birth certificate. The account may be temporarily suspended until age verification is complete.

• Age verification documents must be submitted within 48 hours.
• If an underage account is found, all winnings will be forfeited.
• Parents and guardians are responsible for preventing minors from accessing cbajje.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Cbajje supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

No processing fee is charged on deposits. Withdrawals are typically completed within 24 hours, though in some cases this may extend to 72 hours. cbajje reserves the right to verify withdrawal requests in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 1,000.
• Account verification (KYC) must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will be sent only to the mobile banking account registered under the same name.
• Cbajje reserves the right to place holds on suspicious transactions for review.

5 Betting Rules

Certain fundamental rules must be followed when placing bets on cbajje. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If the odds offered before a match or event begin are later updated, the odds at the time of confirmation will apply to that bet.

Under cbajje's betting Terms and Conditions, if incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, we reserve the right to void that bet and return the stake.

• If a match is abandoned, all bets are voided and stakes are returned.
• Odds in live betting can change rapidly.
• Placing bets on the same event from multiple accounts is prohibited.
• Arbitrage betting and all forms of system betting are strictly prohibited by cbajje.
• Betting limits are set by cbajje and may be changed at any time.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Cbajje's bonus and promotional offers are provided under specific conditions. Each bonus carries its own wagering requirements, which must be read before accepting the bonus.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the applicable wagering requirement must be met first.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all accounts being cancelled.
• Cbajje reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion without prior notice.
• Bonuses expire automatically once their validity period ends.

7 Account Suspension and Closure

Cbajje may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons — all of which fall under cbajje's Terms and Conditions.

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity or manipulation.
• Suspicion of money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Submission of false identity or forged documents.
• If the account holder is found to be underage.

If an account is permanently closed, cbajje will consider refunding any legitimate balance (excluding bonuses). No funds will be returned in cases of fraud.

8 Responsible Gaming

Cbajje places responsible gaming at the top of its priorities. We believe entertainment is best enjoyed in moderation. Under our Terms and Conditions, members can set their own deposit limits and betting limits.

• Cbajje's decision is final in any dispute regarding betting outcomes.
• Cbajje's interpretation of these terms and conditions will be final in all disputes.
• Applicable laws of Bangladesh will govern the resolution of any disputes.
